Umbrellas

Olivia said that I should talk about umbrellas tonight, but I'm not too sure that you all would find that interesting. Instead, I'll show you all a couple of pictures from the project that I'm working on at work. It's a web project that upper management requested of us (Jack and I). I can't really reveal any real details, but here are some screenshots so far:

This weekend (June 2 and 3) is about the most jammed-packed weekend, event-wise ever, I think. Our friend Lauren is moving into her townhouse, XMUG is having their swap meet, Washing Apple-Pi (Mac user group) is having their twice-a-year yard sale with tons of old and new Mac goodies for sale. The yearly Greek Festival is also happening here in town. Finally, Show-N-Shine promotions is hosting the 10th(?) annual Summer Slam car and truck show in Winchester, VA. I think Olivia and I have both decided to make the trek to Winchester on Saturday for the show. It should be fun. Look for pictures from the event on Monday. For those of you who don't know the significance of this show, this was the very first show that I ever attended..and I ended up walking away with two trophies. Not too bad, for my first show. Of course, that was 6 years ago..and things have changed a bit. The show was actually sold to Jay Christian (who runs Show-N-Shine promotions) who added the show to his now 4-show show circuit that he runs every summer. Anyways, it'll be fun.
