More Intranet and a long meeting

Today was more time spent working on this new project for our research department at the Agency. I can't remember if I mentioned it before, but basically they want every person in the company to be able to do their own research. As it is now, everyone sends their demographic and comsumer research requests to two guys upstairs. This new website will empower each person and allow them to do their own research. Yay progress. The research guys have some great ideas, it's just a matter of us executing them and making it easy to use. today's loooong meeting was with two of the partners of the company and some other execs top show them how this will improve efficiency. It was kinda neat to be included in such an "important" meeting. And after engaging in the discussions in that meeting and planning out the future of of the site, I'm excited. And with Tommy being back, I should have time to make all of their wishes come true.

When Olivia and I checked the mailbox tonight, we found three..yes, folks, THREE pink slips to pick up packages at the post office. Now, that wouldn't seem like such a bad thing for most people. The only problem I have with it is: we have large boxes for the mailman to put large packages so that they don't NEED to put those pink slips in our mailboxes and make us drive all the way to Innsbrook to pick up our packages. What a pain in the ass. This is the 3rd time they've done this in the past few weeks. Pretty frustrating.

Let's all pray for warmer weather later this week so that I can change my oil and wash the Taco. For those of you enjoyed the flower picture I posted yesterday, here's another close encounter with some daffodills (did I spell that correctly?) in Mom's flowerbed. Click for the larger image. Enjoy!

Daffodills was spelled right, but your second sentence could use some work. hehe

BTW- thanks for the wallpaper! I love these high-quality shots! (oh yea, do you have any pics from when we visited at Spring Break? Like at Aunt Sarah's Pancake House?)

you mean the pancake ho? I don't THINK I've got anything from there. If I do they're at home.

Yea Jeff! Good job on those flowers. I shared them with my co-workers and they have it as their wallpaper.
