Sometimes I get really tired of solving everyone else's problems. Sometimes I wish I could concentrate more on my own problems.
But I guess that's the life you live when you do tech support.

Who knows, maybe in the course of helping others with their problems, you'll stumble on to solutions for yours. That's what I hope for anyway.
