July 11, 20044 Years. So yesterday, July 10th, marked my 4 year anniversary working at The Martin Agency. I suppose it's fitting that my yearly performance review happened late last week. Wow. Four years I've been working there. It's been good. The great thing now is that next year (starting January 1) I'll have 3 weeks of vacation time, up from the two weeks I've been getting. Not a bad deal. It's a shame that this has to be overshadowed by this coming week, which is totally going to suck, by the way. With Tommy away in Japan, I'm running all of the tickets. This week, we've got some New Business pitches that I'll be helping with, some InDesign training, and some software installations. And that's all happening before Wednesday. I'm really not looking forward to it. It's going to be a long week. Posted by Jeff at July 11, 2004 10:01 PMComments
Wow! 4 years. That's crazy man. Sounds like things are really going well even if you are swamped. Congrats! 3 weeks. That just means more time to spend in Hawaii right? :) Posted by: Eric at July 12, 2004 09:16 AMCongrats on the anniversary! I assume your performance review went well!? It's amazing, if you look back, to see all the stuff you've done at Martin, and how probably 50% or more was never in your job description! You're an asset...they've got to know that. :) Try not to worry about the stress of your upcoming long week! I'm guessing it'll work out just fine in the end. Congrats on the tenure :) Posted by: John at July 31, 2004 03:09 PMPost a comment
