Sale Pending

You read it right, folks. We have a solid contract on our townhouse. What a relief.

A lady came and looked at the house on Wednesday and aparently spent around 40 minutes inside. On Friday, we had an offer. However, it was a really low offer. Really, really low. Of course, we counter-offered to see if we could make something work out. To our surprise, the lady (mostly) agreed to our counter-offer. So, it looks like we're closing on or around June 16th. Yippie!!
