I've decided that all the good tv that's on right now is the work of the devil. It's not that I don't like great shows like Survivor, American Idol, The Amazing Race, The Apprentice. The problem is that I DO like them. I like them so much I watch them all every week and then I don't ever get anything else done in my life. This site is a great example of that. I've been wanting to re-do this site FOREVER, but have been so busy with freelance work and my plethora of weekly TV that it's fallen by the wayside. And you'll notice that there's still lots of work still to be done around here.
I definitely see now why some people decide to NOT have cable or satellite service. They do it intentionally so they can still have a life!
I've even tried to reason with myself: "Ok, self. Why don't we stop watching a few of the many shows that we watch every week." "Ok, Jeff. Which ones?" "Well, self, I just don't know. They're all so good and I'm really hooked on them all. Forget it, I'll just continue to watch them."

It's impossible to resist them! Muhahahahahaha....believe me, ever since Tivo came into my life, I know this! ;-) There is just not enough time in the day to watch all of them and still get other stuff done....
