Business is picking up...a little

Things with selling the house seem to be picking up a bit. We've now had 2 showings in the last 24 hours, so we'll see what happens next.

I think now that we're the lowest priced house in the niehgborhood, we should start to get a lot more traffic coming through. Let's hope!
