We had an interesting thing happen yesterday. We had two people come and see the house..both expressing LOTS of interest in it.
The first was a man in his mid to late 40s. He was starting to go bald on top. He seemed very interested in details about the house and was inspecting many things very closely. He also asked lots of questions, presumably so he'd have all the info he needed to make an informed purchase.
The second person that checked out the house seperate of the guy was a middle aged woman. She also seemed very interested in details about the house, asking many questions.
At the end of the day, I'd have to suspect that either of them may come in with an offer on the house.
...And then I woke up to the sound of my purple Timex iMac-style alarm clock going off. DING! DONG! DING! DONG! DING! DONG!
Alas, it was only a dream. But it was one of those dreams that felt really real. Maybe it just felt more real because I so wanted it to be true.

I hope you have better luck than my parents. They are still sitting on there house in Fredericksburg. It went on the market in Nov. of last year. They moved to Florida in Jan. Luckily for them the house they moved into was my Grandfather's & was paid for.

We had an offer on our house on the 3rd day for the full asking price. Well, it fell through. Then, after several weeks, with showing after showing, we started to get worried. One day, we had two people make offers. We ended up with 4k more than we were asking!
Bury a statue of Mary in your front yard, upside down. Then, bless it. I hear it works....LOL
