And today's reason for wearing a full-face helmet when riding is....
Rain.
I was so glad I wear a full-faced helmet today because I finally got to experience riding in the rain. Not that I was particularly excited about it, but it wasn't as bad as I might have expected.
Brian and Chris and I were out on a day jaunt up to Lake Anna and went through several patches of rain on the way home. Really only the fronts of my pant legs and my shoes were wet, and they dried out pretty well before we got home.
