'Segs In The City

We spent this past weekend in D.C. with my parents and Jennifer and Chris on an adventure that my Mom conjured up: a Segway tour of the Mall area. She always comes up with the coolest ideas for trips and weekend getaways. :)

The Segway tour ended up being an AWESOME time. I had been on a Segway (very briefly) before, but this was a whole new experience, riding it around outside, around obstacles and people.

The tour company we used was City Segway Tours and I highly recommend setting up a tour with them the next time you're up there. Even if you've visited DC and seen the monuments a million times - it's still well worth the $70/person charge to ride a Segway for 4 hours.
